The hotel has amazing facilities. I enjoyed the tasty breakfast every morning.- The location next to Barberini metro is marvelous.- Close to St Patrick's Roman Catholic Church for the Saturday vigil.- Highlights like the Trevi Fountain and the restaurant were great.- The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

1/ Very modern and clean room. 2/ Excellent room and restaurant service. Thanks to the smallest room capacity and limited space in the restaurant, there is no disruption at breakfast, everything is fast and on time. 3/ Breakfast is extremely good, especially the regular rotation of cheeses. 4/ Except for the garbage truck that arrived at 6-7am every day and rapturously grinded the barrel, the room is very quiet. 5/ The restaurant upstairs is moderately expensive and very good quality food. We gladly had dinner there for several days in a row. 6/ small but very good. two benches, three running, two sets of dumbbells, all clear. 7/ location - to everything (coliseum/vatican, etc.) - to half an hour on foot
1/ We messed up with the transfer - in the end nobody waited at the airport, although the confirmation was dropped. We argued at the reception that I did not confirm my side, had to show the correspondence, then apologized. They did not offer any compliments. 2/ Pre-authorization of 469 euros (cost 1 night) turned into a clownery. From the explanations of the staff:. Option a (a couple of hours after checking in and paying almost the entire cost of living + 469 €): on the bucking bug, in fact, is not 3, 281 and 3, 669, so we withdrew the correct amount (3, 200 at check-in + 469 pre-authorization). We had to show the confirmation from the bouncing. Option b (after sending all the confirmation documents): 469 euros - deposit to cover the extra cost of living, we will return immediately on check-in. Option b (on checkout): this amount will be unblocked on the card a few days after departure, usual preauthorization. As a result, everything was unlocked in 3 days, fact that the staff does not know what they are talking about is a complete tin. 3/ Massage 130 euros per person per hour - very superficial, absolutely not worth your money, there is something to compare with. 4/ I understand that Rome, room is still small enough for such money. 5/ Price and quality - so far the most controversial hotel I've ever visited. 6/ The information about the services is not fully thought out - the menu of pillows in the shoe closet, lack of any information about the New Year's party, although there was live music and some other activities, etc. General comment - the quality level of accommodation almost entirely depends on your pro-activity. I won't stop for that again, sorry :).

The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short distance from the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and numerous great restaurants. The staff members, from the front desk to the doormen and bellboys, were genuinely friendly and polite. The prestige twin room was well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

Staff is well trained and very helpfull. Location is excelent: quiet street, few blocks from the tourist area and right by the subway and bus stations. The room has a good size, nice design and style and fairly new and comfortable furniture.
Eventhough not so important, but the TV set is outdated. Poor options for a snack at the hotel bar. Despite very good and above average, I wouldn't rate the hotel as luxury or five star.

My favorite place to stay in Rome. The rooms are modern, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is attentive from the front desk to the doormen and bellboys. The location near Piazza di Spagna is perfect and magnificent. The restaurant serves a good breakfast.
